Fly Your Own Helicopter Tour

Ever wonder what it is like to fly a helicopter but don’t want to bite off flight school? Feel the rush of experiencing Alaska from the air, as YOU fly over glaciers and through mountains. You will receive 30 minutes of ground school about the Robinson R22 or R44 Helicopter before embarking on your 60 minute flight.

You will be assisted by an FAA Certified Flight Instructor, you can fly as much or as little as you’d like. You will be able to take pictures during the flight and soak up the scenery as well as fly the helicopter. There is a vast difference between being flown over a glacier and flying yourself over a glacier, it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Have you ever wonder what it feels like to walk on a glacier? We can land and spend 20 minutes walking on ice that is estimated to be 20,000 years old. Or land adjacent to the glacier and take in the full view of the mighty Knik.
